To insure the quality of service provided at the 2010 Jefferson Cup, the Richmond Strikers Soccer Club has appointed Outer Zone Sports as the official Hospitality Service of the tournament.

All teams are mandated to book any hotel reservations through Outer Zone Sports to insure their place in the 2010 Jefferson Cup. Any teams that do not comply will be at risk of forfeiting their acceptance.

Teams can begin booking hotel rooms as soon as they enter the 2010 Jefferson Cup.  Teams will need to provide Outer Zone with their 2010 Jefferson Cup Registration number in order to book hotel rooms

As a note: Should the Jefferson Cup need to be cancelled in whole or in part, at any time prior to or on the event date, all active reservations affected will be subject to a one night non-refundable fee.
